My condition is my penis is very small like small kid’s, sometimes when feeling cold, it becomes much smaller. During erection, it is about 9-11cm, the frontal part of penis is not very big, and I don’t think I need any circumcision. Time length for ejaculation is about 2-3 minutes, sometimes it is even faster. Why is that so? I wish to see a doctor regarding this matter, how much would it cost for physical examination? What kind of specialist?

Question: Hi, doctor. Answer: Most Asian penises appear small especially when it is not erect. Sometimes though it can appear somewhat embedded or sink into the fatty layer of the groin if the person is somewhat fat or obese and all these are normal. When fully erect and hard like in grade 4 erection (Incidentally there are 4 grades of erection, namely Grade 1: Slight enlargement but not hard, Grade 2: Enlarged and partially hard but NOT sufficiently hard for vaginal penetration, Grade 3:Enlarged and Hard sufficient for penetration but sometimes can bend when the woman is not ready & Grade 4: Very hard and turgid and easy for penetration), penile size is at its maximum. Considering the vaginal length is about 6-7 cm, your penis size is sufficient, unless your wife complains. The penis is not a weapon and never meant to be one and it should be comfortable for the partner. Of course there are cases where the penis size is 6cm or less during erection. It can be difficult to insert into the vagina and may slip off during pelvic thrust. In such cases then there is a need to make it a little longer and bigger if it is not thick enough. There is a device known as the penile extension device that can be used for some period of time to make the organ longer by 1- 4cm.This device has been evaluated and found to be safe if used correctly. You can get information about the device in the internet.www.andromedical.com Regarding rapid ejaculation, this is a common experience by most men when they are very aroused and not able to control the sensitivity of their penis. This happens when they do rapid vaginal thrust beyond their mind control. Sometime if the penis is not hard enough, to keep the penis hard one need to do rapid thrusting, and this can also cause ejaculation rather prematurely. If this is an issue and your wife complains, you need to seek professional help. See your friendly Urologist who specialize in men’s health. There are very few Andrologist in private practice. The cost however varies from Hospital to Hospital.

My wife and I have less than 10 times intercourse because each time she feels pain during penetration. What should I do?

Question:
I have been married for 1 year. My wife and I have less than 10 times intercourse because each time she feels pain during penetration. What should I do?

Answer:
First intercourse can be daunting for most women when they are trying to relax their vaginal opening to allow penetration of the penis. In fear, the vaginal entrance muscles can go into spasms and it will make penetration and lovemaking activities uncomfortable to the women, especially if the vagina is less lubricated. You wife needs to learn to relax her vaginal muscles to facilitate your penis to penetrate. She can use artificial lubricant like the ESP Natural Gel until she is confident with penetrative sex. Relaxing the vagina like in the process of avoiding urine or passing bowel can be used as a tip for her to allow your penis to penetrate her. If the pain still persist, then she needs to see her Gynecologist to inspect her genital area in case she has some inflammation of her vagina.

The loss of vision associated with PDE-Inhibitor like Viagra is due to a condition called nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). NAION presents itself with a painless onset of a vision loss in one eye. The most common visual symptom is an inferior visual field defect, where the lower half of an object appears blurred blocked; the drug’s label currently has no warning of a risk of permanent vision loss. However Viagra as with other PDE-5 inhibitors like Cilais and Levitra have been the favorites because of the convenience of being oral medications. These drugs are safe if prescribed by a Physician and not otherwise. There are other treatment options available for the management of erectile dysfunction besides the oral medications. Is there anything we can do differently to speed up an orgasm?

Question:
It takes me forever to have an orgasm. My husband is so patient with me. He touches me in all the right places and it feels good. Is there anything we can do differently to speed up an orgasm?

Answer:
Recent studies on female orgasms reported women need to be mentally prepared and ready for a sexual encounter and cannot be rushed to sex. This means that what is happening to you might just be the issue of being rushed into lovemaking when you are actually not that ready. Maybe your husband needs to take it slow when come to arousing you. You need to lead him on and work your self into getting off at your own pace. This will also be rewarding to him since men feel great if they can make their partner climax. This is an ego thing for men.

Whenever I get my period, I seem to want sex more and I get aroused easily. This is extremely frustrating for me. Is this normal? What can I do to solve my predicament?

Question:
Whenever I get my period, I seem to want sex more and I get aroused easily. This is extremely frustrating for me. Is this normal? What can I do to solve my predicament?

Answer:
This is a common phenomenon for women and you are not alone. This happens because the libido hormone for women testosterone is at a higher peak than estrogen. Some women get off by letting their husband fondle their nipples and breasts. Some even go to the extent of allowing the husband to touch their labia and the clitoris. There are also cases of women having sex during period and to avoid menstrual flow these women stuffed tampon into the upper vagina. This is not advisable because the menstrual blood can flow backwards and cause endometriosis. You can make a choice. For Muslims they can still have non penetrative sex as this is permissible.

I’m not an anal sex fan, however, I was just wondering if it’s okay to actually have anal sex safely without the use of a condom. I mean, do feces get on the penis on insertion? If not, what about the other bacteria that are present in the anus — won’t they cause an infection?

Asnwer:
You are on the right tract when you mentioned about the bacteria and the feces that might land on your penis. The bacteria might not do any harm to you but may cause harm to your partner if after pulling out your loaded penis from the anus you insert it straight into your partner’s vagina. If your partner has an infection already, not using the condom will endanger you if you have an abrasion on your penis. Feces and anal mucus also contains HIV/AID virus if one is inflicted with the infection. Wearing a condom is the least you can do to avoid infection from your partner or to avoid infecting your partner. Be wise – Use condoms whether you have straight sex or otherwise.
